Little is known about this priest, at least with regard to his connection to Indiana. He is listed in the Archdiocesan Necrology, but the obituary (below) makes no mention. He was ordained in Cincinnati in 1849, so there is a good chance he assisted in some way, inthe diocese of Vincennes. His obituary speaks of his service to the Native Americans.
